DEPPCON UPDATE 9/9
Due to many requests, we have an adjusted age limit for attending DeppCon :
Any Johnny Depp fan 18 and over. Depp fans between the ages of 14 and 17 may attend the DeppCon PROVIDING they are accompanied by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES during the convention. This means if a teen between 14 and 17 registers, the teen's parent or guardian must also register. Each registration is $40. By registering the teen and parent or guardian agree to abide by the terms of this
restriction. One parent or guardian may be responsible for more than one teen from the same family.
DeppCon has a few new sponsors :
LA Tours will be offering a special rate for city tours. This is perfect for any guests coming from out of town who may want to see a few sites of Los Angeles while they are here. They even offer pick up and drop off from the Hyatt hotel. If you are interested in this, let us know. Once we get a count we can set up the best time. The tour will take place before DeppCon starts or during a break. We want to be sure that you get to see the city and not miss any of the DeppCon activities.
House of Blues, located across the street from the convention has joined on as well. House of Blues is a restaurant, retail store and night club all rolled into one. House of Blues will be offering us discounts during our convention stay. They also will be opening up their VIP secluded Foundation Room to us at various times during our stay here . There is a dress code and age limit. We will give more information on this in upcoming weeks.

Our Sunday morning good bye breakfast has been set. DEPP CON UPDATE :
Depp con has signed on with Budget Rent a Car to be one of our official sponsors.
Budget is offering a special rate for those of you needing a car during your stay at Depp con. They have standard cars or fancy sport cars what ever style you should desire. You can even pick up your car at The Hyatt hotel if you wish.

How to get to DEPPCON 2004!! 10-22 to 10-24 2004
The Hyatt hotel has also given Depp Con attendees free computer use for their stay at the convention. We know many of you spend lots of time on line. So rest assured that you will be able to check your email at any time. The Hyatt business center will arrange to have a computer set up that can be check for free at any time 24 hours for convention members. Just show you Deppcon name badge and you are all set. For attendees arriving earlier than Friday, just give you name. We will have a list with the business center as well. This way you don't have to worry what you are missing on line while in between breaks at the convention.

Deppcon has music from The Kids and P that will be playing at various time during the convention. This is a good treat for those who may not have heard much of music.
Last week we mentioned items for the movie companies that we are gathering. Here is an update on one:
Disney has given us a few POTC related items . They will be used as door or raffle prizes. One of the items was only given out at promotional screenings for POTC and many people have never seen it.....
We will announce more of these shortly.

DEPPCON UPDATE :
We have been invited to a special happy hour at the Viper Room during our Depp con convention. We will be in the down stairs part of the club which is Johnny's private area. Merchandise will be available to purchase .We are even getting some merch to give away at the convention. This event will take place Friday before doors open at the VR so we have a special visit. This event is for convention goers 21 +. Merchandise sales will be make available for those under 21. We will also have discount admissions for the evening shows at the VR all weekend. Special thanks to Mike and Sal of The Viper Room for being a supporting sponsor of Deppcon.
We have been busy finalizing some nice treats for attendees from all the movie companies that Johnny has had films with.
